REBARLINK™ Build Your Modular Line
Configure a practical REBARLINK™ rebar processing solution around your production requirements. Start with a proven standard line, identify the processing modules you need, or send us your requirements for a recommended configuration. Select. Combine. Scale.

Build Your Rebar Processing Solution Module by Module
REBARLINK™ uses a modular approach to combine proven rebar processing equipment and automation functions into practical production configurations. The objective is not to redesign every production line from zero, but to identify the right combination of proven processing technologies for your application.
Choose a Proven Line
Start from a standard automated configuration designed around an established rebar processing route.
Select the Required Modules
Combine feeding, cutting, upsetting, rib peeling, thread rolling and material-handling functions according to the selected process.
Request Your Configuration
Tell us your bar specifications, production requirements and plant conditions. Our team can recommend a practical configuration.
Start with a Proven Automated Line
Most projects can begin with a standard production-line configuration. The modular configurator is available when additional process or layout requirements need to be reviewed.
Compact Auto Threading Line
High-speed automated rebar end-processing line based on rib peeling and parallel thread rolling, designed for the PPR Rib Peeling & Roll-Threaded Rebar Coupler system.
High-Capacity Dual-Station Line
Fully configured automated line using rebar upsetting followed by thread processing for the CES Cold Enforcement Splicing System.
PPR — Rib Peeling & Thread Rolling
Automatic feeding → cutting → rib peeling → parallel thread rolling → transfer and finished bar handling.
CES — Cold Enforcement Splicing
Automatic feeding → cutting → cold upsetting → thread processing → transfer and finished bar handling.
Target Rebar Steel Grades, Diameters & Capacity
Select the rebar grades, diameter ranges and approximate production requirement relevant to your project.
Daily production under 800 joints/day is considered small-scale processing. Deploying a fully automated modular line yields a prolonged Return on Investment (ROI). Standalone portable or semi-automatic processing machinery is recommended for optimal cost-efficiency.
Select the Core Processing Route
Select the processing technologies relevant to your production route. The system retains the existing processing dependency logic.
Material Handling & Line Transfer
Select the material-transfer functions required for continuous automated processing.
Master Control Units & Safety
Define the control and safety functions required for the proposed automated configuration.
Generate Your Modular System Digest
Enter your project and contact details below. Your selected configuration will be compiled into a Modular System Requirement Digest (PDF) for review. You can preview the selected configuration before submitting the request.
