Quick Answer

REBARLINK™ Modular Processing Units provide individual machines for the core preparation processes used in mechanical rebar splicing — usable as standalone equipment or incorporated into automated rebar processing lines.

Standalone Equipment for Rebar End Processing

REBARLINK™ Modular Processing Units provide individual machines for the core preparation processes used in mechanical rebar splicing. These machines can be used as standalone production equipment or incorporated into automated rebar processing lines.

01

Independent Operation

Suitable for fabricators that need a dedicated machine for a specific rebar end-processing operation.

02

Production Integration

Individual machines can also serve as processing units within automated rebar fabrication systems.

03

Process-Specific Selection

Choose upset forging, rib peeling and threading, or combined end preparation according to the required splice system.

Rebar End Processing Functions

The available equipment covers the principal mechanical preparation methods used by REBARLINK™ CES and PPR rebar connection systems.

01

Upset Forging

Cold upset the rebar end to increase its effective cross-sectional area before thread processing.

02

Rib Peeling

Remove the external ribs in the thread-forming zone before parallel thread rolling.

03

Roll Threading

Form parallel external threads by controlled cold rolling for mechanical coupler connection.

04

End Preparation

Combined machines can perform end facing, rib peeling and roll-threading in one processing setup.

Available Processing Machines

Three core machine types are currently available for standalone operation or integration into automated rebar processing systems.

CFC-40D Rebar Upset Forging Machine
UPSET FORGING

CFC-40D

Rebar Upset Forging Machine

Hydraulic cold upset forging machine designed to plastically enlarge the rebar end before thread processing. The upset section increases the effective cross-sectional area available for the subsequent thread.

TRM-40S Smart Servo Thread Rolling Machine
THREAD ROLLING

TRM-40S

Thread Rolling Machine — Smart Servo

Servo-controlled rebar thread rolling machine for controlled parallel thread formation after the required rebar end preparation.

AEFTR-40 Automatic Rebar End-Facing, Rib-Peeling and Thread-Rolling Machine
END PREPARATION

AEFTR-40

Automatic Rebar End-Facing, Rib-Peeling and Thread-Rolling Machine

Integrated machine combining end facing, rib peeling and roll-threading functions for HRB400, HRB500 and HRB600 rebar. Designed for efficient preparation of parallel-threaded rebar ends.

Technical note: Product specifications may be adjusted according to the actual machine configuration, rebar grade, diameter range, production requirements and final quotation.

Modular Processing Units FAQ

Can these machines be used as standalone equipment?

Yes. The three machines are presented as individual processing units and can be used independently or incorporated into a larger automated rebar processing line.

Which machine is used for thread rolling?

The TRM-40S is the dedicated thread rolling machine. The AEFTR-40 combines end facing, rib peeling and thread rolling functions in one processing setup.

Which machine is used before CES thread processing?

The CFC-40D provides the cold upset forging process used to enlarge the rebar end before subsequent thread processing for the CES connection system.

Can individual machines be integrated into an automatic line?

Yes. Individual processing machines can be incorporated into automated feeding, positioning, transfer and downstream processing systems according to the line configuration.
