INTEGRATED SMART LINES
Fully automated, high-speed rebar processing lines configured around REBARLINK connection systems. From automatic feeding and cutting to thread formation, transfer and finished-bar discharge, each line is engineered as a coordinated production system rather than a collection of standalone machines.

REBARLINK Integrated Smart Lines are designed for high-volume, automated rebar end processing where consistent thread quality, controlled production flow and reduced manual handling are critical.
Two core configurations are currently offered: a compact, high-speed rib-peeling and roll-threading line for PPR applications, and a high-capacity cold-enforcement line for CES applications. Both systems are designed for automated material handling and continuous production with minimal operator intervention.
Built Around REBARLINK Connection Systems
The production line is selected according to the rebar connection system being processed. This creates a direct link between the connection technology, rebar end preparation and automated production workflow.
REBARLINK's rib-peeling and roll-threaded mechanical rebar coupler system. The Compact Auto Threading Line is configured around this processing method for high-speed automated thread production.
REBARLINK's cold-enforcement mechanical splicing system using controlled cold deformation of the rebar end before thread formation. The High-Capacity Dual-Station Line is configured for this process.
Automated Line Configurations
Each configuration combines automatic material handling with the required rebar end-processing sequence. The two systems share the same automation philosophy while using different end-processing technologies.

Compact Auto Threading Line
A compact, high-speed automated processing line designed for PPR rebar coupler production. The system integrates automatic feeding, rebar positioning, rib peeling and roll threading, transfer and finished-bar handling into one continuous workflow.
Its compact configuration is designed to achieve high processing efficiency while reducing manual handling. Once the material is loaded into the line, routine production can be operated with minimal personnel intervention.
The Compact Auto Threading Line is based on an integrated automatic workflow covering rebar feeding, end preparation, rib peeling and roll threading, transfer and finished-bar discharge. The following data represents the current reference configuration.
