REBARLINK™ Machinery & Automation
REBARLINK™ provides a practical automation path for rebar connection production — from individual processing machines to integrated high-speed production lines and application-specific configurations.

REBARLINK™ organizes rebar connection automation into standard processing machines, proven automatic line configurations and a simple configuration-based inquiry process — instead of treating every project as a new engineering exercise.
REBARLINK™ focuses on automation for rebar connection preparation. The equipment offering is organized into standardized machines, proven automatic line configurations and a simple configuration-based inquiry process, so buyers can scale from a single machine to a complete production line with clear technical requirements.
Three Ways to Build Your Production
Select the level of automation that matches your production requirement, available space and investment plan.
Modular Processing Units
Individual machines for cutting, cold upset preparation and thread processing. Suitable for standalone production, capacity expansion or integration into existing workshops.
VIEW MACHINES →Integrated Smart Lines
Pre-configured automatic production lines combining feeding, cutting, end preparation and thread processing into a synchronized production workflow.
VIEW SMART LINES →Build Your Custom Line
Select bar specifications, processing route and automation requirements to generate a preliminary system configuration for technical review.
CONFIGURE YOUR LINE →Two Processing Routes. One Rebar Connection Platform.
REBARLINK™ organizes automated rebar end processing around two primary connection technologies — PPR and CES — with 100% bar-break performance as a shared engineering focus.
PPR — Rib Peeling & Roll-Threaded System
The PPR route uses rib peeling followed by parallel roll-threading. Its compact processing route is designed for high-speed automated production of PPR rebar coupler connections.
CES — Cold Enforcement Splicing System
The CES route incorporates cold upset end preparation before thread machining. The enlarged bar end provides the foundation for the CES connection system and its full automatic processing line.
Single Processing Machines
Start with individual processing equipment when a complete production line is not required. These machines can also serve as independent production stations or components within a larger automated system.
Upset Forging Machine
Cold upset processing enlarges the rebar end before thread machining. Used as the end-preparation stage for CES connection production.
Thread Rolling Machine
Thread rolling equipment for parallel rebar thread formation. The machine can support standard thread processing and automated line integration.
Rib Peeling & Roll-Threading Machine
Integrated rib peeling and roll-threading equipment for PPR rebar coupler preparation, combining end preparation and thread formation in one machine.
Fully Automatic Rebar Processing Workflow
Depending on the selected connection system, REBARLINK™ integrates material handling and end-processing operations into one continuous automated workflow.
Automatic Feeding
Raw bars are transferred into the processing line.
Automatic Cutting
Bars are positioned and cut according to the production requirement.
End Preparation
Rib peeling for PPR or cold upset preparation for CES.
Thread Processing
Controlled thread machining creates the required connection profile.
Finished Output
Processed bars are automatically transferred to the output area.
Integrated Smart Lines
REBARLINK™ standard automatic lines are designed around proven production routes rather than unnecessary custom engineering. Two primary line configurations cover the main PPR and CES processing requirements.
Compact Auto Threading Line
A compact high-speed automatic processing line developed around the PPR — Rib Peeling & Roll-Threaded Rebar Coupler process. The line integrates automatic feeding, cutting, rib peeling and roll-threading into a continuous workflow.
- Automatic material feeding
- Automatic cutting and positioning
- Rib peeling and roll-threading
- PLC-controlled automatic sequence
- Compact processing layout
- One trained operator can supervise the line
High-Capacity Dual-Station Line
A full-configuration automatic production line for CES — Cold Enforcement Splicing System. The processing route incorporates automatic feeding, cutting, cold upset preparation, threading and finishing for continuous rebar end processing.
- Automatic material feeding
- Automatic cutting and transfer
- Cold upset end preparation
- Thread machining and finishing
- Dual-station production architecture
- One trained operator can supervise the line
Mobile Containerized Line
A containerized automation concept designed for projects where production equipment needs to be deployed close to the construction site. The current configuration is presented primarily as a deployment concept.
- Containerized production concept
- Fast site deployment
- Reduced installation footprint
- Suitable for project-based production environments
Build Your Custom Line
When a standard line is not enough, use the REBARLINK™ configuration tool to select your bar range, processing route and automation requirements. The system generates a preliminary configuration for technical review and inquiry follow-up.

Machinery & Automation FAQ
What machinery does REBARLINK™ provide?
REBARLINK™ currently focuses on selected rebar end processing machines, including upset forging, thread rolling and rib peeling & roll-threading equipment.
What is the difference between PPR and CES?
PPR — Rib Peeling & Roll-Threaded Rebar Coupler uses rib peeling followed by roll-threading. CES — Cold Enforcement Splicing System incorporates cold upset end preparation before thread machining.
Are the integrated lines fully automatic?
The standard integrated lines are designed for automatic feeding, positioning, processing and material transfer. Final automation scope depends on the selected configuration.
Can I purchase individual machines instead of a full line?
Yes. Individual processing machines can be used as standalone equipment or as part of a future automated production configuration.
Can REBARLINK™ help configure a complete line?
Yes. The Build Your Custom Line tool provides a structured way to submit production requirements for preliminary configuration and technical review.
What is 100% bar-break performance in rebar connection?
For REBARLINK™ connection systems such as PPR and CES, 100% bar-break performance means the mechanical splice is engineered so that, under the applicable product configuration and test requirements, failure occurs in the reinforcing bar rather than at the splice.
